We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your item. Just make sure to reach out to us within this window, and we’ll take care of you from there.

2. Return Conditions

To process a return or refund, the product needs to meet a few simple conditions:

• Unused: The shoes must be in pristine condition—no outdoor wear, no signs of damage or wear from use.
• Original Condition: Keep the shoe box, any accessories (if included), and tags in the same shape as when they arrived.
• Proof of Purchase: Hang onto your order confirmation email or order number so we can verify your purchase.

If the item’s defective (like tears, glue issues, or damage right out of the box), we’ll swap it or refund you, no questions asked!

3. How to Return

Returning something is super easy—just follow these steps:

• Get in Touch: Drop us an email at support@dilysport.shop, letting us know why you’re returning and your order number.
• Pack It Up: Wrap the shoes up nicely, ideally in the original box if you still have it.
• Send It Back: We’ll give you the return address and instructions. Please jot down your order details on the package so we can process it faster.

Heads-up: You’ll cover the return shipping cost unless the item’s faulty—in that case, we’ve got it covered!

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. The money will head back to you the same way you paid.

5. When We Can’t Accept Returns

We’d love to help every time, but there are a few cases where we can’t take a return:

• It’s been more than 30 days since you received the item.
• The shoes are used, dirty, or damaged from wear or improper care.
