1. Can I return a product?

You bet! You can return shoes within 30 days from the date you receive them, as long as they’re unused, in their original box, and you’ve got proof of purchase. If something’s defective (like tears or damage), we’ll swap it or refund you, no problem. Check out our Return and Refund Policy for more details!

2. How do I return something?

It’s easy! Just:

  • Reach out to us at support@dilysport.shop within 30 days.
  • Pack the shoes up carefully (original box is best).
  • Send them back to the address we give you.
    Heads-up: You’ll cover the shipping cost unless it’s our mistake—like a faulty item—then we’ve got it covered!

3. How long does a refund take?

Once we get your return and check it out, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. It’ll go back through PayPal, the same way you paid. We’ll let you know as soon as we start the refund.

4. How can I pay?

Right now, we only accept PayPal. You can use your PayPal balance or link a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) to pay through PayPal. Simple, secure, and fast!

5. What currency does DilySport use?

Everything on our site is priced in USD (U.S. Dollars). If you’re in another country, PayPal will convert your local currency to USD based on the exchange rate at checkout.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but you’ve got to be quick! You have 4 hours from the time your purchase goes through to cancel or modify your order. After that, we start processing it and can’t make changes. See our Cancellation or Modification Policy for more info.

7. How do I cancel or change my order?

Just contact us at support@dilysport.shop within those first 4 hours. Let us know your order number and whether you want to cancel or switch to something else. We’ll confirm with you as fast as we can!

8. What happens to my money if I cancel?

If you cancel within 4 hours and it’s approved, we’ll refund you 100% through PayPal within 7-10 business days. We’ll shoot you a message when we start the refund process.

9. Is paying safe?

Totally! We use PayPal, so every transaction is encrypted. We don’t store your card or account info—PayPal handles it all securely.

10. What if my payment doesn’t work?

If something goes wrong, check if your PayPal account has enough funds or if your login details are correct. Still stuck? Email us at support@dilysport.shop, and we’ll sort it out for you.

12. My order’s already shipped—can I still change it?

Once it’s on its way, we can’t cancel or modify it anymore. But you can still use our Return and Refund Policy within 30 days of receiving it to handle things.
