What payment methods do you accept?

Do I need a PayPal account to pay with a credit or debit card?

No, you don't. During checkout, simply choose the PayPal option, and you will be redirected to the PayPal page. There, you can select the "Pay with Card" option to complete your transaction securely.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you can. We accept cancellation or modification requests within **6 hours** from the time of successful purchase. After this period, your order may have already entered the fulfillment process and cannot be changed.

Are there any additional taxes or fees?

No, there are not. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. We cover all applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees, so you will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

What is your shipping method and fee?

All orders are shipped via Standard service. We offer a flat shipping rate of **$6.99 USD** for all orders.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are processed within **4-6 business days** (Monday to Saturday). After processing, delivery takes an additional **10-12 business days**. The total estimated delivery time is **14-18 business days**.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a **30-day return window** from the date you receive your product. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. We are happy to cover the return shipping costs. Simply contact us to get a prepaid return shipping label.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within **3-5 business days** to your original payment method.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No, we do not charge a restocking fee.

Do you offer exchanges?
