At DilySport, we get it—sometimes you might change your mind after placing an order. No stress! We’ve got a cancellation or modification policy to keep things easy for you. Here’s everything you need to know!
1. Timeframe for Cancellation or Modification
We allow cancellations or modifications within 4 hours from the time your purchase is successful. That’s when you get the order confirmation email from us. After 4 hours, your order starts getting processed and prepped for shipping, so we can’t tweak it anymore.
2. Conditions for Cancellation or Modification
To cancel or modify your order, just make sure:
- It’s still within the first 4 hours after your payment goes through.
- The order hasn’t been handed over to the shipping carrier yet (we’ll double-check for you).
Want to switch to a different pair or adjust the quantity? We’ll do our best to help within this timeframe.
3. How to Cancel or Modify Your Order
Need to cancel or change something? Here’s the simple process:
- Get in touch ASAP: Email us at support@dilysport.shop. Include your order number and let us know what you want (cancel or modify).
- Give us the details: Tell us if you’re canceling completely or switching to another item (if switching, please mention the new product code).
- Wait for confirmation: We’ll check it out and get back to you within 1-2 hours. If it’s approved, you’ll hear from us via email or phone.
Heads-up: Reach out as soon as you can within those 4 hours so we can handle it in time!
4. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If you cancel within 4 hours and it’s approved, we’ll refund you 100% through PayPal (the method you used to pay). Refunds usually take 7-10 business days to process, depending on PayPal’s speed. We’ll let you know as soon as we kick off the refund process.
5. When We Can’t Cancel or Modify
We’d love to assist every time, but there are a few cases where it’s not possible:
- It’s been more than 4 hours since your purchase went through.
- The order’s already packed or handed to the shipping carrier.
- The contact info doesn’t match the order (so double-check your order number before reaching out).
